Data is stored on servers as determined by our website hosting service and in some cases on paper records as maintained by our committee.

How long data is kept

Your information is retained by default as long as required by our service providers or as long as paper records last. However you may request deletion at any time (see ‘Your rights’ below)

We may contact you by email or post with information about our events or other offers we believe you may be interested in.
